  1. All Skinvac prodects are completely sealed.
  2. All goods are only dispatched within 24hrs after payment is recieved.
  3. You order will be send from the distribution center nearest to your location.
  4. Skinvac is not responsible for any adverse effects arising from not following instructions.
    e.g if you exfoliate or deep cleanse and then went out in the sun without sunblock and got sun burnt, that is not our fault.
    e.g if you insist on using skinvac on broken skin, and the condition is aggravated, that is not our fault.
    As with any facial products, always read and follow the instructions, if in doubt, please consult your dermatologist.
  5. Replacements are not sent for failed delivery if the customer provides a wrong, incomplete or erroneous address.

Returns

Skinvac Cloths are not returnable once opened (like underwear) for hygiene reasons. Once opened, all sales are final.

Returns are only allowed if the packaging is unopened and sealed.

At Skinvac, for hygiene reasons we do not accept used goods and never resell customer returns. So you can be 100% sure that every Skinvac cloth is brand new.

Shipping Policy

Insurance included: All purchases from this online store come with FREE worldwide shipping by airmail from the United Kingdom. Every item is sent with a Royal Mail Certificate of Posting.

Your purchase will be posted within 24hrs of payment clearance Mon-Sat excluding Public Holidays, for a speedy dispatch, please use Paypal.

In the unlikely event that the item gets lost in the Post, customers will be sent an email to declare this before a replacement can be sent. This information will be reported to the Royal Mail for claims and further investigation. This enables us to offer free International Postage Worldwide with all purchases.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all the delivery details are correct at the time of purchase, we cannot send replacements if we were are provided with an incorrect delivery addresss in the first place.
