Dermalogical cloths were originally used for the medical treatments of various skin conditions. In this role, they are especially suited as unhealthy skin is weak and intolerant of further conventional chemical treatments or regular abrasive or acidic treatments. It's ability to treat by removing microscopic layers of affected skin cells and debris with out aggravating or inflaming the already sensitive skin is the key to its success. It is hypollergenic and very gentle on the skin. This is a great solution for people with allergies to scented skincare.

Special Fibres

Dermalogical cloths work far better then regular cotton or terry cloths because of 3 important differences in the fibers that make up the knitted tufts of the cloths.

Firstly, the fibers are much finer compared to regular cotton, nylon and even silk! In fact they are less than 1 dernier in diameter. If you imagine a pair of tights, the thinnest ones are between 10-15 denier, in comparison, these synthetic fibres are about 0.5 denier. This enables them to reach into the skin and wipe away dirt particles of all sizes. It's so fine that you cannot see the weave.

Secondly, unlike natural fibers, our fibers are specially shaped, so that they work especially well to squeegee away oil, facial grime and dead flaking skin, leaving squeaky clean and silky smoothskin without using soap.

Thirdly, as these fibers are synthetic, they are made up of extremely long strands that are far less tangled. This dislodges and grips away facial dirt and oils when activated with just water.

Non Toxic - Less is more

Many of us don't think about what we put on our faces everyday. Toners, cleansers and scrubs can contain chemicals are derived from toxic industrial strength cleaners and alcohol that can damage or dry out your skin. What would be ideal is to be able to substitute, as many of these as possible, with a chemical free alternative, so that your skin does not absorb harmful chemicals.
